I have been fortunate enough to work on the Elder Scrolls Online as an Environment Artist for the past 6+ years. During my time I have mainly worked on the Biome Team making natural assets. I have been responsible for almost all of the terrain textures and clutter in the game, as well as a large amount of trees and plants. Our team also got to work on the nature-based architecture for the Bosmer and Argonian cultures. As the first Biome Artist on the team, I was able to help set the standards and procedures for production, work with the graphics programmers to get some of technology we needed on line, and do a lot of work world building prototype areas for zones to help guide the world builders on how we envisioned the assets we created being used.



All screenshots were taken in our proprietary engine, some are in-game locations and some are areas built solely for test purposes. Tools used: 3DS Max, ZBrush, Photoshop, Substance Painter/Designer(in more recent works), NDo/Ddo and CrazyBump.
